Most kids dream of having a tree house or a playhouse in their backyard as a way to escape reality and immerse themselves into an imaginary world of play. And for two little girls in Michigan, their dad decided to make their dreams come true after he built a two-story playhouse for his darling daughters Violet, 2, and Avery, 5.
Adam Boyd, president of ATB Building, crafted a two-story mini-mansion chock-full of all the cool stuff one could imagine: A rock-climbing wall, a wrap-around porch, working electricity and a slide. The playhouse is so fantastic, that Adam said he and his wife Jennifer just like to hang out there and have dinner with their girls.

The crafty dad never intended for the 24-foot-tall playhouse to get so big, but once he got started, he couldn’t help himself from adding on more and more fun features.
